No DATA = NO CHARGE – If we are unable to recover ANY data, we will inform you accordingly and will refund all monies in full. If, we are able to recover part but not all of your data, we will credit you for the percentage of the unrecoverable files. All our quotes will guarantee a minimum of 95%-100% of all files/data to be fully recovered.

We have 99% success rate but not all ransomware can be reversed or decrypted. Your evaluation fee is for evaluation only, it gets dissolved into the final recovery fee. Final recovery fee is the quote we provide after assessing your files, within allocated timeframe. Evaluation fee is refunded if we can’t reverse or decrypt your files. Evaluation fee is not refunded if you choose to not approve recovery.

6-24 Hours Priority Evaluation – When chosen, we guarantee full evaluation of your submitted file under 24 business hours. In rare scenario if we need more time for evaluation, we will notify you via email. At that point you have the choice to cancel the recovery and receive full refund of your original evaluation fee payment. Evaluation starts immediately when we receive cleared evaluation payment.

Standard Evaluation – When chosen, we guaratee full evaluation of your submitted file within 7 to 10 business days. In rare scenario if we need more time for evaluation, we will notify you via email. At that point you have the choice to cancel the recovery. Typically evaluation starts within 5 business days after your ticket has been submitted.

Your Privacy – At no point we copy, retain or distribute your files to any third part entity. Your submitted file may be shared with industry experts that play crucial part in evaluation and assessment of strain of ransomware infection. We may share your information with our parent company, a proactive IT security vendor, in some cases where it may be necessary to provide system or network correction or protection from future infections and they may contact you during or after the recovery process to make recommendations on tweaking your business’ cyber security resilience including disaster recovery.
